WHEN I REST MY WINGS - VIDEO
This series of videos document some of the places I visited recently. These videos were taken using an iPod Nano so forgive the quality.
This was during my trip to Boracay in 2009. Sorry about the noise. I was on a speedboat.
This was my first ever attempt at parasailing also in Boracay. The video was taken by the boatman because my hands were shaking. I did not know I could ever do this. Thank God for strong winds! =)
Going to The Peak in Hong Kong with my friend Vic and Jimmy on a very very very cold night in November of 2009. This was our first night in Hong Kong.
Enjoying the magnificent view of The Venetian in Macau fronting the City of Lights. Kelvin, our friend from Macau was our tour guide.
Soaring new heights (literally) at the 360 Degree Cable Car in Hong Kong on our way to Ngong Ping. The ride was approximately 20 minutes.
The very thin air, 300+ steps and the cold wind did not stop me from doing what I really wanted to do in Hong Kong. Seeing the Giant Buddha of Ngong Ping sure made this trip simply awesome.
What happens when five friends decide to meet up in Universal Studios in Singapore? Pure fun!!! The then newly-opened USS was our only destination during Day 2 of our Singapore trip.
The Universal Studios globe at the front entrance. I miss Singapore.
In the heat of 2010's summer, me and my friends decided to walk around Orchard Rd. in Singapore and enjoy the amazing night lights of the metro.
GOOD FOOD + GOOD COMPANY = Crepe Night at Cafe Breton with my friend Vic. Don't forget to try the simple joys of their famous "La Pinay" (mango crepe topped with yummy vanilla ice cream and Nutella) and my personal favorite, "PB&J" (peanut butter and jelly). The "Mozzarella Burger" is a definite must-have too.
Taking our time off from the hustle and bustle of the metro for some cold breeze courtesy of Tagaytay. Starbucks was THE most perfect place to chill (literally). =)
